• Planning and Budgeting -- Participants learn to make responsible decisions in alignment with company strategy. They prepare plans and budgets, and monitor variances using case study exercises.
• Project Management -- The Business of Managing Projects focuses on fundamental processes and concepts: defining, planning and managing projects. Participants prepare project plans using live or case study projects. Our follow-on program teaches you to schedule and track projects using Project '98 software.
• The Project Management Executive Overview helps senior managers understand the process and create an environment for effective project management.  The Project Management Readiness Survey identifies areas of organizational strength and where additional work is necessary to gain optimal performance.
• Financial Management -- Finance and the Bottom Line helps participants understand how their actions and decisions affect the corporate bottom line. The program combines management education with action learning.
