In this 2-day program, participants learn to make responsible business decisions in alignment with company strategy. Participants prepare operational plans and budgets, and monitor variances using case study exercises.

Through the use of a strategic planning model, classroom discussion and case study analysis, participants identify what they must put in place to meet business needs over the next three to five years.
